What is the largest capacity battery I can use in this boat? I was hoping to use a 2200mah lipo 11.1v 3s
Asked by Marlon Poblete on 6th April 2021

If you can fit it in the hull, there's no reason why you couldn't use a larger capacity battery

Can this boat be used in the sea?
Asked by Mike on 3rd July 2021

In theory, any boat will work in the sea - but bear in mind salt water is highly corrosive.  You'd need to take extra cleaning and maintenance precautions

Any idea how to stop the battery and wires rubbing on the motor?
Asked by Danny Gregory on 5th May 2023

Looking at this you could possibly cable tie the esc plug towards the back of the boat so when its plugged in to the battery it holds the wire away from the motor

First time buyer of a boat, never had one previously. Is this a complete set, do I need to buy other parts or is this good to go? Also the main captain will be a 5 year old, should I buy a fishing net too? (Serious question)
Asked by Adam Smith on 28th June 2023

That is ready to go and yes a net or something to retrieve would be useful , usually you would run a full battery along the shoreline to give you an idea of runtimes.
