Could I use this cable to charge a Li-ion battery with a JST connector using a S2100 charger?

I suspect that's the wrong way around for what you need.

Would this adapter be suitable for charging my 800 mah battery, I also have a balance lead on my 800 mah battery, please advise me if I need this adapter thanks, then I’ll purchase one of these if it’s the right one that I would need. David Bridge

Thats a jst to ic3 , as long as your charger has a balance connector it will be fine.
