We stock 48DP, 64DP and 32DP (imperial), plus Mod 0.5, 0.6, 0.8 and 1.0 (metric) to suit popular platforms. Always match the pinion pitch/module to your spur gear—don’t mix DP and Mod. Choose materials to suit your driving: lightweight aluminium for efficient club racing, hardened steel for durability and high‑power brushless setups, and brass for running‑in. Common motor shaft sizes are 3.175mm (1/8") for most 1/10 motors and 5mm for many 1/8 systems—check your motor before ordering. We carry secure grub‑screw and clamping styles; use a dab of medium threadlock and set a smooth mesh with a small amount of backlash (the paper method works well). Gearing tips: fewer teeth give more punch and cooler temps; more teeth increase top speed but add load—monitor motor and ESC temperatures.
