Delivery Information

We like to keep things simple, so we offer just two flat rate UK delivery options:

• £6.95 Express Next Working Day for those urgent items (£3 on orders over £100!)
• £3.95 standard delivery if it's less time sensitive (free on orders over £100!)

Just a few points to note:

• Our express delivery is a next working day service, and does not guarantee delivery over the weekend or bank holidays,
• Some items (eg aerosols) cannot ship via standard delivery, so you will only be able to select express delivery for these items.
• Some items are hazardous (eg fuel) and cannot be sent with DPD. We will ship such items with an alternative courier.
• International shipping costs calculated at checkout. The rates quoted here are for standard mainland UK zones only.
• Free shipping is for standard mainland UK areas only, surcharges will apply for other zones.
• Whilst we aim to dispatch all in stock orders same day placed before 4pm, we cannot always guarantee this.
• Hazardous items such as nitro fuel and rocket motors cannot be sent via our DPD service, but will be shipped with an alternative courier. Such orders are exempt from our 1 hour delivery timeslot service.
• Sometimes orders may be upgraded to courier if they are too large or valuable for our Royal Mail service. This process is seamless and you will not be required to pay any additional charges.

28 Day Returns Policy

Need to return an item? No problem!

We’re happy to offer a full credit voucher for unused items returned within 28 days of your order date. Just fill in our returns form and include with your package. This does not affect your statutory rights.
