Power comes from the high-torque Titan 12T 550 motor, the largest motor in its class, paired with the XL-2.5 electronic speed control for smooth, reliable throttle response. This absolutely rips along, super strong & my boy (12) loves it - upgraded batteries to Lipo & got 2 x nimhs/double connector as well, so tire getting a good hour /45 mins with that combo. Awesome car.
I've had this car for many years and it always puts a smile on my face! I ended up upgrading the motor system to the brushless 3s version and it's great fun :D Unlike the 1/10th scale Traxxas cars, the plastic diveshafts on this 1/16th model seem indestructible. I've owned this car for over 6 years and never broken them :) I'd recommend the RPM73169 hub carries as the stock ones wear out quickly causing the ball joins to pop out very easlily. Never had that problem after the upgrade Only other note is that the differentials will wear out quickly if you're not careful. I recommend shimming the diffs to stop the gears for skipping (especially if you're going brushless) Overall fantastic car! Loved for many years :)

Yes this is the slash 4x4 ;)
No, This is the brushed version so will do approx 30mph, you would only be able to used 2 batteries in "Parallel" to give you more run time.
This comes with a 12v fast charger, so batteries will charge in around 45 minutes.
They are supplied on Traxxas plugs.
Nothing is indestructible... However, Traxxas is an excellent brand and makes some of the toughest cars you can buy.
