Featuring the same monstrous gear ratio of 29/9 fitted to all
current Savage models comes a new option for Savage owners in the
form of these brand new Forged Bulletproof differential crown gear
and pinion sets!
The Forging and shaping process gives rise to a gear that has
stronger characteristics than the equivalent Sintered differential
gears.
After Forging the gears are hardened & tempered to give the best
possible combination of toughness & wear resistance. They are then
treated with a corrosion and wear-resistant coating for a superior
finish and to aid bedding in of the gears during use.
Fits all Savage monster truck models. Each set includes a single
crown gear and pinion to convert one end of the truck, two sets are
required to fully outfit one truck.

Are these stronger or weaker than the machined diff gears?

They are stronger than stock, but still not as tough as the 'bulletproof' HPI-102692 ones
