The XRay Aluminium Chassis Pivot Holder for 1 Piece Chassis - Lower - Swiss 7075 T6, part XR373392, is a lower aluminium pivot holder for one-piece chassis setups. It forms part of XRay’s Tweak-Free Pod Mounting System and is designed to provide a lower roll-centre position without extending below the chassis. Roll-Centre And Pod Adjustment

The Tweak-Free Pod Mounting System uses different shims to adjust pivot height, giving the chassis a lower centre of gravity alongside the lowered roll-centre setting. The system is also designed to improve traction and stability while addressing tweak issues following crashes. These adjustments allow the pod geometry and handling balance to be changed for different track conditions.

The holder offers standard rearward, middle and forward pod mounting positions. In the rearward position, the centre pivot is in line with the side-link pivot balls on the rear pod plate, producing more initial steering and rotation for high-grip carpet. The middle position places the pivot 2 mm forward of the link mounting points and provides a balance between front and rear traction. The forward position moves the pivot 2 mm forward and gives a more forgiving handling response with greater scope for aggressive driving without losing rear traction.
