Description

Evergreen 14 Strip .015 x .125 (50 per pack), part number EVG5-116, is a pack of 50 white polystyrene strips for model-making.

Each strip is 350mm (14 inches) long, with a thickness of .015 inches (0.4mm) and a width of .125 inches (3.2mm). The strips are made from opaque white polystyrene and have a smooth surface suitable for priming and painting with acrylic or enamel paints. Their consistent strip profile can be used for scratch-building, architectural modelling, model vehicle framing and other scale construction work.

Features

The polystyrene material can be worked with liquid solvent cement to create a cold-welded joint. This makes the strips suitable for assembling frameworks, lattice-work and other fabricated details where straight, repeatable sections are required. The 350mm length provides material for longer runs while remaining manageable at the workbench, and the pack of 50 supplies multiple pieces for repeated detailing or larger projects.
