Description

Evergreen 14 Strip .100 x .156 (35 per pack), part number EVG5-177, is a pack of 35 white polystyrene strips for model making. Each strip is 350mm (14 inches) long, with a thickness of 0.100 inches and a width of 0.156 inches, corresponding to approximately 2.5mm by 4mm.

These Evergreen strips are made from white polystyrene and have a smooth surface suitable for model construction, architectural work, scratch-building and structural detailing. The straight strip profile can be used to represent narrow framework, trim, rails, beams and other scale features where a consistent rectangular section is required.

The polystyrene can be cut to length for individual projects and worked with standard modelling tools. Liquid solvent cement can be used to join polystyrene parts by creating a solvent-welded connection, making the strips suitable for building frameworks, lattice-work and other assemblies from separate components. The 350mm length provides material for longer runs while still being manageable at the workbench.
