Description

Evergreen 14 Square Tube .250 (1/4), part EVG5-254, is a pack of 10 white polystyrene square tubes for scale modelling and model making. Each tube has a square profile with crisp external corners and a consistent wall, making it suitable for representing box sections, structural columns, industrial frameworks, architectural details and chassis rails in scale projects.

The hollow square section can also be used where an internal opening is needed, including sliding or telescoping assemblies and routing thin wiring. The polystyrene can be cut, drilled and mitred for model construction, while the white surface provides a neutral base for acrylic paint and weathering. Liquid solvent cement can be used with polystyrene components when assembling model structures.

This Evergreen pack contains ten matching tubes, each supplied in a 350mm (14 inch) length. The 6.3mm (.250 inch or 1/4 inch) square size forms part of a wider Evergreen range of square tube profiles, allowing different sizes to be selected for varied scale modelling applications.
