Description

Evergreen 14 Strip .020 x .250 (EVG6-129) is a pack of 100 white polystyrene modelling strips, each 350mm long, 0.5mm thick and 6.3mm wide. The strips provide stock material for scratch-building, architectural modelling and miniature projects where a straight, narrow polystyrene profile is required.

These strips are made for use with liquid solvent cements, which bond polystyrene components by softening the joining surfaces. They can be scored and snapped for simple cuts, while sanding and drilling allow the profile to be adapted for individual assemblies. The white surface can also be painted with acrylic paints and used with weathering techniques.

The .020 x .250 designation identifies the selected thickness and width within Evergreen’s range of strip sizes. At 14 inches, or 350mm, each length is suited to longer details such as architectural mullions, window frames, structural bracing and other linear features.
