Description

Evergreen 14 Strip .250 x .250 (EVG6-199) is a pack of 100 white polystyrene strips for modelling and scratch-building.

Each strip is supplied at 350mm (14 inches) long with a square .250 x .250 inch profile. The polystyrene strip is intended for scratch-built models, architectural modelling and miniature projects where straight structural or decorative sections are required. Its white surface can be painted with acrylic paints and used with weathering techniques.

The material can be worked by scoring and snapping, sanding or drilling, allowing the strips to be shaped for small-scale assemblies. Liquid solvent cement can be used to form a cold-weld bond between polystyrene components. The consistent strip format is suitable for details such as window frames, architectural mullions, bracing and other model structures.
