Description

The Evergreen 24 Strip .125 x .312 (50 per pack), part number EVG6-390, is a pack of 50 white polystyrene strips for model making. Each strip is supplied in a 600mm (24in) length, with a stated thickness of .125in (3.2mm) and width of .312in (7.9mm). The long strip format is suited to scratch-built structures, architectural models, railway projects, framework, trim and other constructions where a continuous length is useful.

These strips are made from polystyrene and have an opaque white finish. Polystyrene strip can be cut, sanded and drilled to shape, allowing the profile to be prepared for individual modelling projects. Liquid solvent cements can be used with the material to join sections, making it suitable for constructing components from multiple pieces. The straight strip profile can represent beams, boards, rails, supports or other rectangular details, depending on the scale and design of the model.
