Description

Evergreen 24 Strip .250 x .375 (50 per pack), part number EVG6-411, is a pack of 50 white polystyrene strips for model-making and scratch-building work. Each strip is 600mm (24 inches) long, with a 6mm (.250 inch) thickness and 10mm (.375 inch) width. The strip profile provides a straightforward format for creating long structural runs, architectural bracing, railway details and other model components.

White polystyrene gives these strips an opaque surface that can represent materials such as steel beams, timber planks and industrial masonry in scale projects. The material can be cut, sanded and drilled during fabrication, allowing the strips to be shaped for different designs. Liquid solvent cements can be used to bond the polystyrene, forming joints through a solvent-welding process.
