HPI Ford Mustang GT RTR S650 Painted Body HPI-161205

HPI Ford Mustang GT RTR S650 Ben Hobson Painted Body, part number HPI-161205, is a pre-painted, pre-trimmed and fully stickered replacement bodyshell for 1/10-scale radio-controlled drift cars. Its Ford Mustang GT RTR S650 styling gives a compatible model a refreshed appearance, while the polycarbonate construction is designed to withstand the everyday knocks associated with driving. The shell is painted from the inside, helping protect the external finish from scratches and scuffs. Suggested compatibility includes the Stage-D10 Ford Mustang GT RTR S650 and many 1/10-scale touring car chassis from HPI and other manufacturers. Body-post mounting holes are deliberately not drilled, allowing their position to be tailored to the chassis. For an alternative installation method, the shell can be used with the HPI #161055 Universal Magnetic Body Mount Set.

For a suggested 190mm touring car setup, use 3mm-offset wheels at the front and 6mm-offset wheels at the rear. The bodyshell is supplied ready for finishing with its paintwork and decals already applied, so the remaining work is focused on mounting and matching it to the chosen chassis and wheel arrangement.
