HPI Ford Mustang GT RTR S650 James Deane Painted Body HPI-161206 is a pre-painted replacement bodyshell for 1/10-scale radio-controlled drift cars. Supplied pre-trimmed and fully stickered, it provides a straightforward way to refresh the appearance of a compatible model with the distinctive styling of the S650 Mustang. Suggested compatibility includes the Stage-D10 Ford Mustang GT RTR S650, as well as many 1/10-scale touring car chassis from HPI and other manufacturers. The body-post mounting holes are deliberately not pre-drilled, so their position can be chosen to suit the chassis. An alternative installation method is the HPI #161055 Universal Magnetic Body Mount Set.

Features

This bodyshell is moulded from durable polycarbonate and painted on the inside. Internal painting helps protect the exterior finish from scratches and scuffs during crashes, while the precisely applied decals deliver the finished James Deane-inspired look without requiring separate body painting. A wing or spoiler is included where applicable. The shell is suitable for suggested 190 mm and 200 mm touring car applications when paired with the appropriate HPI offset wheels.

Suggested Wheel Setup

For a suggested 190 mm touring car setup, use wheels with the specified offsets to position the shell correctly over the chassis. The manufacturer shows this body fitted with HPI RTR Aero 5 wheels, Aerodiscs and T-Drift tyres.
