Description
The Fusion Smart Guard Digital Battery Capacity Checker and Discharger (P-FS-BC01) provides fast, accurate battery status checks and controlled charge/discharge functionality for a wide range of chemistries, including LiPo, Li-Ion, Li-Fe, NiCd, NiMH and lead-acid. Designed for hobby bench use, it reads key pack metrics and supports adjustable current settings for maintenance and balancing workflows.
The Smart Guard connects directly to JST-XH and JST-EH balance connectors for lithium packs, giving clear insight into overall pack health as well as cell-level detail.
Battery Monitoring Functions
- Total pack voltage display across LiPo, Li-Fe, Li-Ion, NiCd and NiMH.
- Capacity indication (0–99%): available for lithium chemistries; for NiCd/NiMH this is an estimate.
- Individual cell voltage, lowest cell, highest cell and cell voltage difference: available for LiPo, Li-Fe and Li-Ion.
- Input cell counts for monitoring: 2–7S (LiPo/Li-Fe/Li-Ion); 4–7 cells (NiCd/NiMH).
