The Method RC Method Nitragrip 1/24 Truck Tyres F/R On 7mm Hex Green (4), part MTD0505G, are a set of four front and rear truck tyres for 1/24 scale radio-controlled models. Each tyre is mounted on a green closed-face wheel with a 7mm hex drive, while the factory-glued construction allows the set to be used without mounting the tyres separately.
The Nitragrip set uses an ultra-soft nitrile rubber compound with a raised micro-pin tread. This tread pattern is intended for traction across indoor surfaces such as polished tile and carpet, while also providing an all-terrain tread design for micro-scale driving. Open-cell foam inserts are fitted inside the tyres to support their shape during use.
The closed-face wheel helps keep dust and debris away from the hub, and the 7mm hex drive provides the stated wheel connection. Suggested compatibility includes the Losi Micro-T platform, subject to checking the vehicle's wheel and hex requirements before fitting.
