The Spektrum Option Wheel Adapter: C - Rugged - DX6C - DX5C - DX6 Rugged - D, part number SPM-1084, is an adapter for mounting an option wheel to a compatible Spektrum surface transmitter.
This adapter is intended for radios that need support when fitting a Spektrum aluminium or speciality wheel. Suggested compatibility includes the DX6C, DX5C, DX6 Rugged and DX5 Rugged transmitters. It provides access to the Spektrum option wheel range where the transmitter requires an adapter for installation.
For comparison, the DXC+, DX Rugged+, iXSR+, iXSR and DX Pro+ radios are listed as accepting upgrade wheels without an adapter. The package contains one SPM-1084 option wheel adapter.
