Description

The Spektrum Option Wheel Adapter Pro for DX5Pro, DX5R and DX6R, part number SPM-1085, is an adapter for mounting an upgrade wheel to selected Spektrum surface transmitters. It provides a way to use Spektrum aluminium or speciality transmitter wheels with radios that require an adapter for installation.

For suggested compatibility, SPM-1085 is intended for the Spektrum DX5 Pro, DX5R and DX6R surface transmitters. Match the adapter to the radio before fitting the wheel, as other Spektrum transmitters use different adapters. SPM-1084 is suggested for the DX6C, DX5C, DX6 Rugged and DX5 Rugged, while SPM-1086 is suggested for the DX3, SLT3 and SLT2.

Once the correct adapter is fitted, you can install a chosen option wheel and customise the appearance of the transmitter. Some Spektrum radios accept upgrade wheels without an adapter, including the DXC+, DX Rugged+, iXSR+, iXSR and DX Pro+. The package contains one SPM-1085 Option Wheel Adapter for use with the listed Pro, DX5R and DX6R transmitters.
