PROTOform’s J71 brings 1971 Trans-Am Championship styling to the VTA scene, recreated in durable clear polycarbonate for 1/10 touring cars. This vintage-inspired shell features a moulded-in rear spoiler and a separate add-on nose with air dam to capture the period look and enhance durability. A spare nose is supplied so you can keep racing if the front takes the brunt of the action. Part number PRM1526-00.
This body is supplied clear and unpainted with overspray film, window masks and a detailed decal sheet. No vehicle chassis is included.

PROTOform's foray into the diverse class of Vintage Trans am is a rendition of the 1971 Trans-Am Championship winning car. The addition of the J71 to the VTA scene surely adds new excitement and drama to this up and coming class.
The J71 features all the unique styling cues of the original car as well as is a molded-in rear spoiler. The front of the car features an add-on nose with air dam. When mounted with shoo goo and 2mm screws it becomes an integral part of the body. Because this area of a race body is the most prone to racing wear and tear, a second nose is supplied with the body. This configuration allows for molding a lightweight, durable .030 polycarbonate body, which in turn aids the handling ability of any VTA chassis.
The VTA class has already proven that it's loved by all. The PROTOform J71 makes it even more colorful!
