Description

Tamiya’s Low Friction King Pin Balls (HC-22016) are precision 7mm suspension balls designed to replace the kit-standard steel parts with hard-anodised aluminium. Each king pin ball reduces weight by about 0.4g, helping to lower un-sprung mass for a more responsive suspension feel. They can be installed at the front or rear, used at the top and bottom of each upright.

Specifications

These are 7mm suspension balls for use on the Tamiya TC-01 and TA-08 chassis. The balls are lighter than the standard steel balls, which help reduce un-sprung weight in the suspension system.

• TA08 Low Friction King Pin Balls x4
• Use in place of 7mm suspension balls and king-pins.
• Aluminum components (changed from kit-standard steel) feature a hard anodized finish to enhance rigidity.
• One king pin ball gives a weight reduction of about 0.4 grams, which helps reduce un-sprung weight, for improved performance.
• Can be used either front or rear. (Requires two sets to fully setup one kit.) Use one king pin ball at top and bottom for each upright.
• When using this Hop-Up Option, replacing (TC-01 C/D Parts (Suspension Items 51663) (2pcs.) and 51669 (TA08 D Parts (Suspension Arms) 2pcs. is recommended.
• Compatible with the TC-01 and TA08 PRO (Item 58693) chassis cars.
