The XRay Chassis 5mm – CNC Machined – Swiss 7075 T6 (XR341105) is a lightweight aluminium main chassis engineered for strength, rigidity and precise handling. CNC-machined from premium Swiss 7075‑T6, it is strategically pocketed in low‑stress areas to shed weight without compromising durability.

Handling is enhanced by a larger front window opening that promotes more forward traction, while a unique front flex adjustment uses a removable aluminium brace to fine‑tune front-end response. Adjustable weight positions on both sides make quick and easy balance changes straightforward at the track or bench.

With a very narrow overall profile, this chassis increases flex to generate additional traction and steering. The narrow design also helps prevent chassis contact in corners, reducing scrub and eliminating the sensation of the car ‘stopping’ mid‑corner.
