The XRay X4F Graphite Upper Deck - Split Front - 2.0mm (XR301075) is the front section of the two-piece top deck, recommended mainly for asphalt tracks. Machined from 2.0mm graphite, it uses milled holes for special tweak-free top deck screws and delivers increased steering response, including more on-power steering.
Adjustable Flex Characteristics
The split design offers a different flex behaviour compared with the kit top deck. With two independent pieces, flex can be tuned separately between the front and rear to balance traction and steering. The shape is optimised to achieve strong overall traction while maintaining precise steering characteristics.
Motor Mount Connection Settings
- Soft setting: Use only one rear screw for maximum flex and steering; note that on-power stability is reduced.
- Stiff setting: Use both screws to reduce flex and rotation, improving stability and making the car easier to drive.
