XRay X4F24 Aluminium Eccentric Bulkhead Insert XR303790

The XRay X4F24 Aluminium Eccentric Motor Bulkhead Insert (XR303790) is a narrower, CNC‑machined mounting plate made from premium Swiss 7075‑T6 aluminium with a black anodised finish. It shifts the motor 1 mm further inboard to refine rolling characteristics and lets the pinion gear sit deeper on the motor shaft.

Bolted to the motor, the eccentric plate inserts into the integrated motor holder/drivetrain support. Rotate to set gear mesh quickly, then clamp securely with a single screw. A cut-out gives convenient top access to the aluminium eccentric insert for fine mesh adjustment.
