The XRay XR351105 Aluminium Chassis is a 3mm, hard-coated Swiss 7075-T6 upgrade/replacement designed to deliver rigidity with minimal weight for the XB808E electric buggy. Precision CNC machining removes material from low-stress zones to lower mass and centre of gravity while maintaining strength.

All underside screw holes are countersunk for a smooth chassis, and the down-stop set-screw area is reinforced. Weight distribution has been optimised with centralised component placement to enhance side-to-side balance.

This is a replacement XRAY 3mm Aluminum Chassis, and is intended for use with the XRAY XB808e. The chassis is CNC-machined from high-quality Swiss 3mm 7075 T6 aluminum, and is strategically machined in low-stress areas to make it as light as possible without sacrificing strength or rigidity. Non-essential material was removed to allow for the lightest weight and lowest possible center of gravity. The down stop set screw area has been greatly reinforced, and all screw holes on the bottom of the chassis are countersunk to give a very smooth chassis underside with no protruding screw heads.

The XB808e chassis was designed from the ground up to provide a solid foundation for XRAY’s high-performance electric off-road racer. All-new weight distribution was integrated into the buggy’s design, with centralized placement of internal parts for improved side-to-side weight balance.
