This multifunction program box is for programming HobbyWing brushless ESCs. Its friendly LCD interface makes ESC programming easy and quick. With a PC, you can upgrade ESC firmware and further adjust ESC parameters online. Besides, it’s compact, portable and very applicable for field use.

This multifunciton LCD program box is applicable for the following HobbyWing products: Platinum series of brushless aircraft ESCs, XeRun series &EzRun series of brushless car ESCs, Seaking Pro series of brushless boat ESCs.

No - this won't work and there isn't a card for the 1060 as it is programmed using the jumpers on the front. 

There isn't really much to program on that ESC....

Its 50/50, depending on the age of the stock.

You plug the ESC into this using it's existing lead. I.e. unplug the ESC from receiver and into this unit.

Yes you can use this easily, you may need to do a firmware update on the program card though

I'm afraid we've never tried it on any other brands, but I would suspect it will only work with Hobbywing...
