Tamiya Lexan Spray Paint – PS-12 Silver (HC-86012) is formulated specifically for decorating transparent polycarbonate (Lexan) R/C car bodies. The 100ml can delivers a consistent silver finish that adheres from the inside of the shell and remains impervious to oil and fuels, making it safe for glow engine R/C body shells.

Application Guidance

  • Paint the body from the inside, keeping the can about 30cm from the surface.
  • Allow the paint to cure, then apply another coat for coverage and depth.
  • Brush-paint small details beforehand using Tamiya bottle paints designed for polycarbonate.
