Hi,
Will this ESC work with the Volts 500omah Battery "VZ0317" using a Deans to Tamiya adapter cable?
Also will this therefore work with a 27T Standard Tamiya Motor when using a LiPo battery?

Yes, that would work in theory - however if using a LiPo you'd be much better snipping off the Tamiya connector and soldering on a deans rather than using an adpater.

Yes, it will work fine with the HPI-1146 as that's a 15T
