J Concepts Renegades - Blue (pre-mounted on #3455G)

Reaching the top step on the podium requires a complete racing package. The result requires the correct setup, stellar driving and just as important, a performance-built tire and compound. During the glory days of monster truck racing, cut tread became a popular method of reducing weight or altering a pattern to tune to specific track conditions. The Renegades tire, available pre-mounted on #3455G Mini Tribute wheels for the Mini LMT monster truck represents the low-profile carcass and cut-tread movement, capable of winning results straight out of the package.

The Mini tire with scale chevron style lugs is created with specially designed back-cut tread and shaved carcass areas imitating the real thing. At rotation, the tread still stands tall and provides a hefty edge of forward grip in a variety of conditions. The back-cut section provides a small transition during high-speed corning which conforms to changing terrain and obstacles. The sidewalls have been treated with wording, designs and descriptions consistent with 1:1 tires during the glory generation of performance.

The low-profile stance of the Renegades are mainstays in the business and stay very flat during racecourse competition, speed-runs, or general use. The tire carcass profile holds the weight extremely low while the design of the tire beads allows just the right amount of contact patch for gluing and application. The Renegades are available in soft "blue" compound which is recommended for dirt, grass and asphalt and feels noticeably mushy and sticky and has expanding characteristics like off-road racings outdoor compounds.

Renegades’ tires are complete and include open cell "React" inserts to support the grippy tires and pre-mounted on #3455G Mini Tribute wheels. The superior race tires are packaged 2 pieces per package and pre-stuffed with the inserts for a nice, clean, and small footprint item. The wheels feature a larger inner bead to clear suspension components consistent with the stock equipment. A replaceable hex adaptor is included with hardware along with open and closed planetary covers to replicate the best look. Also included, a mock beadlock ring which can be decorated by the user and finally glued into place to secure the fit.
