Please check the battery dimensions (137x44x19mm) but yes we believe this should fit, so long as you add some EC3 connectors.

Yes, we sell a wide range of chargers - check out the LiPo Fast Chargers from the 'Electrics' menu.
It will work in your Halix if you change the connector to EC3. There may be some better options though - our team will contact you regarding this separately.
