Carbon Fibre Transverse LiPo Mount Set - CAT 2000

The Schumacher Carbon Fibre Transverse LiPo Mount Set (SCH-U9110) for the CAT 2000 'Classic' moves the battery from an offset longitudinal position to a central transverse position. Bringing the mass closer to the vehicle’s centreline reduces roll inertia and helps the car change direction more readily.

Balance can be tuned further by shifting the LiPo side to side and fore–aft via two positions. The drive belt is guided over the pack by a power roller mounted on a central Aluminium Alloy Brace, and belt tension is adjustable. Note: LiPos taller than 20 mm are not supported, as the belt will contact the battery.
