Description
The Hobbywing 1S LiPo Booster (HW30601000) is an external DC-DC step-up module that draws power from a 1S LiPo or 3–4 cell NiMH pack and provides a stable 6V output for your receiver and servo. Delivering 3A continuous current (up to 6A peak), it helps maintain reliable control performance in low-voltage setups.
Designed with 1/12th scale race cars in mind, where a 1S LiPo’s BEC voltage can drop below 4.2V and cause abnormal receiver/servo behaviour, this booster can act as the receiver supply, reducing the need for a separate receiver battery and simplifying maintenance. Suggested compatibility includes 1/12th scale race cars using 1S LiPo power systems.

This module is an external DC-DC booster; it draws DC voltage from 1S Li Po battery, boosts it to 6V for your receiver & servo, and keeps providing the stable output current of 3Amp or above. As the BEC voltage of 1S Li Po, which used by 1/12th scale race cars, usually goes below 4.2V and causes the receiver and servo to work abnormally, so a separate battery is needed to power the receiver. This booster can work as a receiver battery and save you the trouble of battery charging and maintenance.
