Afraid we don't have a specific foam for these sorry.

Closest would perhaps be HPI-101158 but would likely need trimming to fit

I don't belive it makes a lot of difference on these. To be sure though just make sure the "phaltline" writing is facing the outside.

You can but, tyre glue is thinner and this allows the glue to fall into the bead of the wheels.
