Hi would the FTX Force .18 Pull Start Engine replace a r18 schumacher rascal 2 enigine?

At a glance we think it looks like it would fit, however we have never tried so couldn’t say for sure.

Is there a 13t clutch bell that fits this engine?

Yes these are standard fitment. The clutch bell is specific to the car, not the engine
