Yes they will and yes we can although we do not know of a 23mm hex wheel available on the market.

Sorry probably being simple does this convert to just being able to use hex fit wheels and is the 23mm a standard size

Yes this is to specifically convert the Schumacher Havoc to a 23mm hex fitment wheel.

The 23mm is larger than the standard fitment ( this is normally 17mm )
