Description
The Associated Team B84.1 Team Kit (RC10B84.1), part number AS90058, is a 1/10-scale 4WD electric off-road buggy kit. It is supplied for full user assembly and is designed around adjustable chassis, drivetrain and suspension features for competition use. The kit uses a 2.5mm tapered 7075-T6 aluminium chassis with 10 degrees of kick-up, a wide tongue layout and V2 side rails.
Its height-adjustable front and rear gearboxes include an additional +2 rear gearbox for high-grip conditions, while forward and rearward motor positions allow weight bias adjustment. The battery holder also has thumb tabs for easier battery removal and further weight distribution changes. A decoupled slipper clutch, aluminium centre-mounted servo mount and long rear differential outdrives form part of the drivetrain arrangement.
Suspension features include 73mm gull-wing front arms, a carbon fibre front shock tower with a moulded protective cover, 66mm rear CVA bones and 13mm big-bore shocks. Standard and HRC rear hubs are included, along with adjustable caster inserts offering 0, plus or minus 1, and plus or minus 2 degrees. The V2 steering posts and bellcranks are intended to reduce vertical movement in the steering rack, with the steering layout supporting bump-steer adjustment across different ride heights.

The body is supplied in a low-profile design, with two rear wing mounting heights for setup changes. The internal gear ratio is 2.50:1, and the model is intended for electric power.
