Hi what is required to add this to a Trx 4 bronco 2021 or landrover ??

This depends on what batteries you are using, it comes with a deans style power tap, but this will not fit if you have Traxxas batteries you would need this TRX6541X

No It can not be powered from a receiver, you would need either to run it from the battery pack in the car or use a second battery.
