Request Stock NotificationThe Carisma Scale Adventure Bulldog 2.1 RTR – Weathered Edition (CA89068) delivers a true plug-in-and-play experience with a uniquely hand-painted finish. Presented in an Old School Welsh Grey livery with a matt surface, each body is individually weathered by hand, giving every model its own character. A contrasting white removable roof and off-white true beadlock wheels, wrapped in realistic 95mm AT-SS soft compound tyres, complete the purposeful scale look.
Attention to detail runs deep, with an opening bonnet, rotating wing mirrors, moulded vent details, door hinges and coloured light lenses. Front and rear model-specific bumpers are fitted, and the shell is designed to allow LEDs to be added later if desired. To protect the bespoke finish in transit, the chassis and weathered body shell are packed separately.
Electronics come pre-installed and ready to use. The ARC-1 LiPo-compatible ESC pairs with the compact CTX-2000 radio system, featuring a throttle 1, 2, 3 function and FHSS technology. Steering is handled by a metal-geared, high-torque servo, while a 5‑pole trail and crawling-ready motor provides smooth, controllable power. For customisers, Carisma also provides links to free STL files to 3D print a full interior, an engine for the bay, and a roof rack.

The response to the Bulldog in Kit form has been amazing, but some potential end users wanted a 'Plug-In-And-Play', one box solution. Therefore we have created the 2.1 Spec RTR, in a Old School Welsh Grey Livery. On Top of that, we adding hand painted Weathering to each shell. All the looks, all the performance, and ready for action! The weathering affect is shockingly realistic!!!!
The main body and Bonnet are painted in a specially selected Matt Finished paint, and in a very retro looking 'Welsh Grey' colour. To contrast this we have painted the removable roof in White and and the True Bead lock Wheels Off White. These have then been shod in realistic 95mm AT-SS Soft compound tyres. In addition, each one is individually hand painted for special weathering finishes. Each one is unique. I repeat!!!! It’s all Hand PAINTED.
Other details include an Opening Bonnet, Rotating Wing Mirrors, Moulded Vent Details, Moulded Door Hinges, Moulded and Coloured Light Lenses, Front and Rear 'Model Specific' Bumpers and the ability to Add LED's at a later date.
As with the Kit we also offer you end users the chance to 3D Print a Full Interior, an Engine for the engine bay, and even a Full Roof Rack. For Free, Gratis Nothing. We give owners the links to download the STL Files, the rest as they say is up to them...
The Stock Electrics include an ARC-1, LiPo compatible ESC and Compact CTX-2000 Radio, with unique throttle 1, 2, 3 feature and all the functionality and F.H.S.S goodness of our bigger CTX-8000 Radio, but easier to transport and use for smaller hands. A Metal Geared, High Torque Steering Servo, and a 5-Pole Trail & Crawling Ready Motor.
We suggest the RTR should be run on a 2S, Brick Pack RC Car Battery (Not Included), but offer you the chance to run it initially with an 8 x AA Battery Holder, with 8 x Alkaline batteries included to get you started. We also include 4 x AA Heavy Duty batteries for the CTX – 2000.
We also packaged this differently. The BODY shell is packed separately. To further protect the weathering paint during transportation. The chassis is at a separate box.
