Description
The Contact Automatic Tyre Truer with Bag (SCH-J025) is a fully automated foam tyre truer for accurately preparing RC tyres. It provides adjustable truing diameter, truing angle and tyre-width cutting, while regulated speed allows the truing process to run automatically. The machine accepts a 12-volt DC input and includes connection leads; a suitable power supply is required, with Contact recommending a minimum 10A rating when using one.
The truer has a transparent yellow plexiglass protective cover along with a side protective cover. A pre-installed carbide cutting tool is fitted, and fuse overload protection is included. The dust case helps contain material produced during cutting, while the supplied carry bag provides a way to store and transport the truer between uses.
Features
The adjustable settings allow the cutting setup to be changed for different foam tyre requirements. The universal-fit arbor system accommodates separate arbor options, with suggested compatible Contact arbors including the J009 1/10 Truer Arbor, J010 1/8 Truer Arbor, J012 WGT10 Truer Arbor, J013 F1 Truer Arbor, J020 Oval/Mini Truer Arbor and J024 1/12 Universal Truer Arbor. These arbors are available separately and an arbor is not included with this product.
