The eTronix Photon 2.1 weatherproof sensorless combo (ET0411) pairs a 45A ESC with an 11.0R 3450Kv 4‑pole brushless motor to deliver dependable brushless performance with straightforward set‑up. Supplied with the Photon SBS LED Programming Card, the system makes it easy to tailor throttle, braking and timing to your driving needs or track conditions.

Simple to set-up and with a range of sensible KV rated motors for most r/c car applications and abilities the Photon is the ideal brushless start-up package or upgrade from a stock brushed set-up. With the supplied programmable set up card (ET0107) the user can finely tune ten different parameters within the ESC to suit their particular needs.

You could but will not see dramatic differences when using nimh and brushless compared to brushless with lipos.
No it is not the motor is 2s only on that esc:
ESC Motor Limit:
- 2S Battery - 4350KV
- 3S Battery - 2950KV
These do not come with any connector on the ESC so you would need to solder the correct one you need to the ESC.
That is an 11 turn motor.
No that is too many kv you need something like this for crawling #'HW30120402
You can only run 2s on a brushless vantage and carnage if you want to run 3s you would need something like this HW38010203
This will work to make that car brushless yes.
There's no "maximum" C rating for any ESC. I'd suggest a minimum of say 25C should be fine for a basic system like this.
