Description

Evergreen [5-144] 14 Strip .040 x .080 (50 per pack), part number EVG5-144, is a pack of 50 white polystyrene strips for model making. Each strip is 350mm (14in) long, with a stated profile of 1mm (0.040in) thick by 2mm (0.080in) wide. The strips are intended for model construction, architectural modelling, vehicle framing and scratch-building applications.

These white strips provide a consistent rectangular profile for adding structural details, framing and other scale features to a model. The polystyrene surface can be used with primers, acrylic paints and enamels, while liquid solvent cement can be used for cold-weld construction according to the manufacturer’s description. Their 350mm length provides material for repeated details and longer sections without joining shorter pieces.
