Description

Evergreen 14 Strip .015 x .040 (100 per pack), part number EVG6-112, is a pack of 100 white polystyrene modelling strips. Each strip is supplied in a 350mm (14in) length, with a thickness of 0.015in (0.4mm) and a width of 0.040in (1.0mm). The strip profile provides straight polystyrene stock for scratch-building, architectural modelling and miniature projects.

The polystyrene can be cut, scored and snapped, sanded or drilled to create structural and decorative details. It is intended for use with liquid solvent cement, which joins polystyrene components by forming a solvent-welded bond. The white opaque surface can also be painted with suitable modelling paints, allowing the strips to be finished as part of a larger assembly.

Features

This pack gives modellers a consistent supply of narrow strip material for repeated details or larger projects. The 350mm length is suited to long straight sections such as framing, bracing and architectural components, while the 0.015 x 0.040in profile is suitable where a fine rectangular strip is required.
