No they are a budget wheel and tire and will not be as good as the Copperhead.

We've just weighed one, they come out at 441g each.
Yes they will fit... However you'll find they will baloon at high speed (as will most tyres).
For low ballooning, we'd go for SRC0001B
They are glued. They should fit a Trophy Truggy.
