Hi, would this be suitable to replace a glow plug from a tamiya nitro engine with rating 'T3' ?

Only if the plug being removed is a turbo plug (no washer and wider than normal) , normal plugs will not fit in turbo engines.

I was just wondering if these glow plugs require a copper washer as i didn't have one with my previous glow plug and all other glow plugs have one. Thanks

No, Turbo glow plugs don't use a copper gasket. They will only work in engines with a turbo head.
