Hi, both are good and will fit, but I would 100% go with the Gens Ace batteries; they have a better C rating and will give more punch.

Hi, Thinking of buying one of these but how long do the battery's last roughly?

Run times are not quoted as there are many factors to consider , surface , gearing , the car weight , outside temps etc will all effect runtimes. On a 3s car usually 20+ minutes runtime but could be much more or less depending on the above factors .
