Description
Heki 30903 Light Green Grassmat 300 x 100 cm is a pre-flocked scenic grass mat for model layouts, dioramas and displays, part number 5546030. It provides ready-made ground cover with a flexible backing coated in fine static grass fibres, helping create a textured landscape surface without applying loose flock by hand.
The mat can be cut with scissors, torn by hand or shaped around irregular terrain and curves. Cutting allows cleaner edges for defined areas, while tearing creates more uneven transitions between different sections of scenery. Its 3,000 x 1,000 mm size provides a broad area of light green coverage for model railways, architectural models and tabletop scenery.
Features
This light green mat is designed for quick scenic coverage across a range of modelling projects. Suggested uses include railway layouts, architectural site models, dioramas and tabletop gaming terrain. The fine static grass fibres provide a vertically textured surface that catches light and adds depth compared with a flat painted base.
The flexible material can be worked to follow hills, curves and other uneven areas. Suggested adhesive options include PVA glue, spray adhesive and hot glue, with the mat suitable for use on substrates such as wood, foam and plastic. Heki grass mats are available in Dark Green, Light Green, Mid-Green and Grey for different landscape treatments.
