The Hobbywing EZRun MAX5 V3 ESC Combo with 56113 800Kv motor (HW38010600) is a heavy-duty power solution for 1/5th scale RC vehicles. Built with rugged components and refined firmware, it delivers brutal torque, high top speed and smooth control whether you are wheelieing off the line, charging down straights or powering across rough terrain. A waterproof and dust-proof design keeps performance consistent in all weather.
The MAX5 V3 integrates an internal anti-spark system to help protect high-voltage battery connectors and reduce the usual spark on 5S–8S hook-up. An HV built-in BEC with switchable 6V/7.4V supports the demands of large-scale, high-voltage servos. Tuning is straightforward, with broad parameter adjustment and support for the Hobbywing WiFi module for convenient programming.

The MAX5 has adopted the world’s first HV built-in BEC with an output current of up to 25Amp and a switchable output voltage of 6V-7.4V. The high voltage BEC is designed to handle today’s high voltage servos on demand used by large scale vehicles.
The MAX5 is built with internal anti-spark circuitry that protects not only battery connectors from damage but helps to prevent physical injury due to burnt fingers from the inevitable issue of sparking when hooking up the ESC to higher voltage battery packs (5S/6S/7S/8S).
With incredible acceleration capabilities and a rock-solid, stable output, the MAX5 can handle instant full-torque start-ups for wheelies, high-speed racing on straightaways and powering through the bumpiest terrain. The user will have the choice of adjusting the ESC parameters as per his preference and ability.

A big powerful motor and ESC. Lots of adjustable options and premium build quality.
This power system provides An insane amount of power. I do not recommend this combo for the Xmaxx with out upgrading most other chassis components. Overall it’s fierce and lots of fun.
Wonderful kit well made if only they put a connector on the ESC. Best part of £400 and you have to muck about soldering a plug on. Not impressed

There's not a "universal" motor mount that we know to, but these do fit most of the mounts we've come across in conversion kits?
They are pre-made into the ESC, but they do not have a battery connector fitted. You'd solder on your own choice of battery connector.
