ICM I-15 bis WWII Soviet Biplane Fighter HC-ICM72013

The ICM I-15 bis - WWII Soviet Biplane Fighter (winter version), part number HC-ICM72013, is a 1:72 scale plastic model assembly kit of a Soviet fighter biplane used during World War II. The kit contains 54 parts for assembly and is intended for aircraft modellers who want to build and finish a miniature representation of the I-15 bis in its winter version.

Detailed assembly instructions are included to guide the construction process. Once assembled, the model requires painting and finishing to complete its appearance. The components are supplied on detailed plastic sprues, with the parts designed to reproduce the aircraft structure at this scale. The finished model has a length of 87 mm and a width of 142 mm.

Two marking options are provided for different Soviet service subjects. These cover an I-15bis from the 13th OAE, an Independent Squadron of the Baltic Fleet Air Force, dating from December 1940, and an I-15bis representing the winter period of 1941-1942. This gives the modeller a choice of historical presentation when painting and finishing the completed aircraft.
