Italeri Sd.Kfz. 232 6 Rad 1:72 Model Kit HC-97032

The Italeri Sd.Kfz. 232. 6 Rad, part number HC-97032, is a 1:72 scale model kit depicting the German heavy armoured reconnaissance car used by Wehrmacht units from the mid-1930s. Its six-wheel layout represents the vehicle’s mobility on roads and across off-road terrain, while the turret armament reflects its role in vehicle defence and forward reconnaissance missions.

Features

The Sd.Kfz. 232 was developed to support the rapid movement of military units and the management of reconnaissance information during operations associated with blitzkrieg. A major part of its role was communication between commanders and troops, supported by radio equipment designed for both short- and long-range use. The model represents the vehicle with its large antenna frame, a distinctive feature that was later replaced by a vertical antenna.

This Italeri kit can be used to represent the Sd.Kfz. 232 in several operating environments, making it suitable for historical displays and diorama scenes. A decal sheet is included to support the finishing of the completed model.
